Usage Instructions:

Warnings and Precautions:
Shake the suspension well before use.
Measure the dose carefully using a special measuring device/spoon.
Do not use a household spoon as you may not get the correct dose.
If your child vomits the treatment dose for one day within 30 minutes, contact your doctor to see if you need to repeat the dose.
If you are taking an antacid containing aluminum or magnesium, wait at least two hours before or after taking azithromycin.
